Understanding Government: A two days immersive leadership programme by the Indian School of Public Policy (ISPP) – meticulously designed by experts, including distinguished individuals from both the government and corporate sectors, was supported by PAFI.

An exceptional opportunity for PA professionals, with an experience of 8 years and above, to learn from the approach and content offered by some of the most experienced and renowned figures in public policy and government.

Day 1 Covered the Structure of Government and the nuanced art of Public Policy Making by Prof OP Agarwal, Shri Ajay Khanna, Dr OP Mishra, and Mr TS Vishwanath shared invaluable insights on Understanding Government from a Corporate Perspective, while Dr NC Saxena shed light on Learning and Growing from Policy Failures.

Day 2 Focussed on understanding and working with public servant imperatives, offering guidance on government decision-making in investments. The day also featured a captivating guest lecture on Ease of Doing Business by Ms Supriya Devasthali, Director, DPIIT.
