During the course, participants explored the foundations of policy communication, learned to craft clear, purpose-driven messaging, and reviewed practical measures to align communication strategies with organisational objectives. Sessions were highly interactive—featuring real-world case studies, framework-driven exercises, and hands-on discussions—giving attendees concrete tools and personalised feedback to communicate policy ideas more effectively.

The culminating session featured a candid fireside chat with Shailesh Pathak, Member, B20 (G20), BRICS Business Council, and Former Secretary General, FICCI, which offered participants important insights on building professional relationships and navigating the policy landscape.
