Dr Ajay Kumar engaged in a dialogue with participants, shedding light on India’s dynamic policy landscape.
He emphasised that robust policy frameworks and sustained government engagement with the private sector
are pivotal to fostering innovation and building trust—both essential for realising the vision of
Viksit Bharat.
He advocated for a mindset shift among policymakers in fast-evolving economies, urging them to act
as partners and collaborators rather than gatekeepers. Trust-based governance, he noted, is crucial
for strengthening India’s stature and fully embracing Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) reforms.
