PAFI is guided by a distinguished leadership team comprising seasoned professionals from industry, consulting, media, law, social sector and public policy, who bring deep expertise, strategic insight, and a nuanced understanding of the public affairs landscape.

The Managing Committee plays a central role in steering PAFI’S work and its key responsibilities include:

• Defines PAFI’s priorities, programs, and long-term vision in alignment with its mission of ethical and impactful public affairs.
• Leads the planning and execution of PAFI’s flagship events, councils, dialogues, and advocacy efforts.
• Ensures adherence to PAFI’s core principles of transparency, collaboration, and ethical advocacy across all activities.

At the helm is the Managing Committee, led by the President, which is responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving key initiatives, and upholding PAFI’s values of ethical advocacy, transparency, and collaborative engagement. The Managing Committee comprises senior professionals who have not only shaped public affairs within their respective organizations but have also contributed meaningfully to the evolution of the function in India. The Managing Committee is supported by a steering committee constituting of founding members and past presidents who bring continuity, institutional memory, and long-term perspective to PAFI’s work.

Operationally, the PAFI Secretariat handles the day-to-day functioning of the organization, implements the mandate set by the Managing Committee, and ensures efficient delivery of PAFI’s programs and member services.
