The inaugural edition of the PAFI Leadership Conversation received an enthusiastic response from our members, reaffirming the strength of our community and our shared commitment to advancing the public affairs profession in India. It’s about helping governments find solutions, recognising that policymaking is a marathon, not a sprint, and building coalitions with like-minded individuals. At its core, public policy must serve the greater good - delivering meaningful impact for the largest number of people. Often, the most meaningful policy conversations don’t happen in conference rooms - they happen over shared stories, ideas, and a genuine will to make a difference.
